Eremira Citaku: Shoshe
1 March 2011, 20:00
Shoshe is a multimedia artwork with poetry, music and video art.
Eremira Citaku is an innovative and experimental artist. Her poems and music integrate themselves very affectively in her spoken word pieces. She is always searching for different ways of self-expression as well as ways of giving voice to those who may never have the chance. Her poetry is political at times, romantic, even innocent. She has the freedom and will to push boundaries and expect excellence of herself.
Shoshe will be performed by: Eremira Citaku (flute and sieve), Liburn Jupolli (piano), Besa Berberi (soprano), Luan Durmishi (tenor), Drita Dida (violin), Meriton Ferizi (accordion) and Nurhan Qehaja (poem interpretation).
This performance is part of Space Program, a working module by Stacion - Center for Contemporary Art Prishtina.
Eremira Citaku: Shoshe is sponsored by Dukagjini, Koperativa, Stacion - Center for Contemporary Art Prishtina, Royal Norwegian Embassy, Government of the Republic of Kosova and the Municipality of Prishtina.
